We are seeking a professional Nanny/Housekeeper for a family in Farnham

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Nanny/Housekeeper to provide exceptional care for children in a warm and engaging environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for childcare, with the ability to educate and entertain children while ensuring their safety and well-being. This role requires someone who is not only responsible but also enthusiastic about keeping a home well manged with laundry and housekeeping duties.

Children are aged 7, 5 and 2 years. They are at school and nursery during the day. collection from nursery and school are essential. must be a driver.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing manner.
• Plan and implement educational activities that promote learning and development.
• Provide assistance with homework and educational tasks.
• Prepare meals and snacks, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Maintain a clean and organised home for the children.
• Drive children to various activities or appointments as required.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
• support with laundry and putting away, taking out bins and recycling on correct days, mopping floor and cleaning surfaces down after use.

Requirements

• Proven experience in nannying or childcare, with references available.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to educate children through engaging activities and play.
• Valid driver's licence to facilitate transportation of children as needed. Car can be provided
• Grocery shopping and errand running
• Keeping the home and children in routine

If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and education to children, we would love to hear from you! Both parents are working full time so this role will require a candidate that is able to start the day with meal prep, laundry and tidying the home before collecting the children from school. They will then need to engage with the children and make a cooked meal and evening routine.

Hours are flexible : Term time - Monday to Friday - 7am till 7pm or 12pm till 7pm

School holidays - Monday to Friday 7am till 7pm

The hours can reduced in term time if the candidate would like less hours.

£17/18gph depending on experience
